Georgia's 70,150 miles of streams and rivers need your help!

Click here to register as a volunteer and help us clean our rivers, streams, lakes and wetlands. Registered volunteers will receive email alerts on upcoming cleanup dates, as well as other volunteer opportunities with UCR. To organize a group cleanup for your company, contact Tammy Morrissey at tmorrissey@ucriverkeeper.org or (404) 352-9828 ext. 12.

UCR supports and partners with Rivers Alive, Georgia's annual volunteer waterway cleanup event that targets all waterways in the State. The mission of Rivers Alive is to create awareness of and involvement in the preservation of Georgia's water resources. Rivers Alive is held annually each October and is sponsored by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources' Georgia Adopt-A-Stream Program and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs' Keep Georgia Beautiful Program.
