El juez determin\u00f3 que GPC no necesitaba extraer 116 millones de galones por d\u00eda de agua del r\u00edo, una duplicaci\u00f3n de su permiso de extracci\u00f3n original. GPC y el EPD r\u00e1pidamente presentaron escritos pidiendo al juez que reconsiderara su decisi\u00f3n. En un movimiento sorprendente, con pocas explicaciones, el juez revoc\u00f3 su decisi\u00f3n anterior y confirm\u00f3 el permiso.<\/p>\n<p>CRK apel\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n del juez ante el Tribunal Superior del Condado de Fulton, pero el tribunal confirm\u00f3 la decisi\u00f3n del juez de derecho administrativo. Aunque nos sentimos decepcionados con estos fallos finales, logramos varios resultados. Nuestra acci\u00f3n estableci\u00f3 que los ciudadanos agraviados son usuarios del agua protegidos por la ley estatal y tienen el derecho legal de apelar los permisos de extracci\u00f3n de agua.
