Este es el primer a\u00f1o de un mandato de dos a\u00f1os, por lo que la legislaci\u00f3n que no se aprob\u00f3 a\u00fan puede regresar y convertirse en ley en 2020. Puede ver todas las facturas que rastreamos en 2019 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.protectgeorgia.org\/#\/bills\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>, donde tambi\u00e9n puede suscribirse para recibir alertas de acci\u00f3n que lo ponen en contacto con sus funcionarios electos sobre estos importantes esfuerzos legislativos.<\/p>\n<p>Aqu\u00ed hay una actualizaci\u00f3n de solo algunos de los grandes proyectos de ley que vimos en 2019:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fracasa el intento de sofocar los derechos de propiedad. <\/strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.legis.ga.gov\/legislation\/en-US\/Display\/20192020\/HB\/545\">HB 545<\/a>\u2014un intento atroz de sofocar los derechos de los due\u00f1os de propiedades rurales para protegerse contra las actividades vecinas que da\u00f1an el valor de la propiedad\u2014 fracas\u00f3 en salir de las Reglas del Senado y en el piso para una votaci\u00f3n antes de que terminara la sesi\u00f3n. El proyecto de ley fue un intento de reescribir la ley del derecho a la agricultura de Georgia, de 40 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad, y buscaba permitir que las nuevas operaciones de agricultura industrial se trasladaran a las comunidades rurales y causaran da\u00f1os, al tiempo que evitaban que los due\u00f1os de propiedades presentaran reclamos por molestias si el nuevas operaciones da\u00f1aron las propiedades vecinas. Esta reescritura radical de la ley de molestias existente habr\u00eda obligado a los propietarios privados a sufrir para siempre olores, moscas, polvo, ruidos y otras molestias irrazonables sin recurso, incluso cuando estuvieron all\u00ed por primera vez. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.allongeorgia.com\/georgia-column-politics\/column-nuisance-bill-in-legislature-will-harm-property-owners-agriculture-community\/\">Lea m\u00e1s sobre HB 545 aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a miles de mensajes de nuestros socios y voluntarios como usted, la HB 545 no logr\u00f3 salir del Senado antes de Sine Die. Lea m\u00e1s sobre el proyecto de ley y <a href=\"http:\/\/www.protectgeorgia.org\/take-action.html#\/\">firma nuestra petici\u00f3n<\/a> oponi\u00e9ndose a esta reescritura de la ley del derecho a la agricultura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Avances en el restablecimiento de la confianza en la gesti\u00f3n del Fondo Fiduciario. <\/strong>Uno de nuestros temas prioritarios lleg\u00f3 m\u00e1s lejos que nunca y, aunque no se aprob\u00f3 en 2019, est\u00e1 a punto de remodelar la financiaci\u00f3n estatal de importantes actividades de limpieza ambiental. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.legis.ga.gov\/legislation\/en-US\/Display\/20192020\/HR\/164\">HR 164<\/a> propone una enmienda constitucional que los georgianos pueden aprobar para garantizar que las tarifas recaudadas por el estado para fines espec\u00edficos se gasten adecuadamente para estos fines contin\u00faa avanzando. Por primera vez, el Comit\u00e9 de Asignaciones del Senado vot\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n fuera del comit\u00e9 y en el pleno del Senado, donde fue aprobada por unanimidad.
