Eso es un aumento de 33% con respecto al a\u00f1o pasado, cuando 900 voluntarios recolectaron m\u00e1s de 24 toneladas de basura a lo largo del r\u00edo Chattahoochee y sus afluentes.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cHay tanta gente y tanta vida silvestre que depende de este incre\u00edble recurso natural\u201d, dijo Tammy Bates, Gerente de Excursiones en CRK, quien trabaj\u00f3 durante meses para organizar esta limpieza regional. \u201cEs nuestro deber cuidar de Chattahoochee, y Sweep the Hooch permite a todos hacerlo\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1cticamente todos, independientemente de d\u00f3nde vivan dentro de la cuenca, pudieron participar.
