Paleta Chestatee

We are pleased to host this paddle trip in partnership with Proveedores de Apalaches! This 6-mile river stretch has exciting, yet gentle Class I rapids, and great scenery – and a great option for first-time paddlers!

All participants will need to meet at Appalachian Outfitters no later than 10:00 a.m. to make the group shuttle. We anticipate finishing the paddle between 2:00 p.m. – 3:30 p.m.

The cost of registration is $25 per participant, which covers the shuttle and CRK’s planning costs. 

If you need to rent a kayak/canoe, you must rent a boat separately for an additional fee through Proveedores de Apalaches prior to the paddle date. Inflatable boats are not recommended.
