Columbus River Rendezvous

Save the date! Join Chattahoochee Riverkeeper on Saturday, November 1 (tentative) to help monitor the health of the Chattahoochee River Basin. Come out with friends, family, or on your own to collect water samples from creeks and tributaries in the Columbus area. Your participation will help provide a snapshot of water quality in the Middle Chattahoochee region.

No previous monitoring experience is necessary! We’ll provide instructions on how to collect water samples before splitting into teams to collect samples from nearby sites. After visiting your site, return to the starting point to deliver your sample and enjoy a complimentary lunch while our staff and interns analyze water samples.
