Lake Lanier Shore Sweep

Save the date for the Lake Lanier Association’s 36th Annual Shore Sweep on Saturday, September 21!

Throughout the past 35 years of Shore Sweep cleanups, volunteers have removed 2.16 million pounds of trash from Lake Lanier. At the 2023 event, 80 tons of trash were removed by more than 1,600 volunteers. This community-wide event is not only a labor of love – it is essential to keeping Lanier clean for all to enjoy. Stay tuned for registration details!
