We are pleased to host this paddle trip in partnership with Wildwood Outfitters! This 4.2-mile whitewater stretch, known as Section 2 of the Upper Chattahoochee River Water Trail, is described as mainly Class I/II rapids (Smith Island), pools, and flat water.

We are pleased to host this cleanup paddle trip on the Upper Chattahoochee! This 3-mile flatwater stretch, known as Section 5 of the Upper Chattahoochee River Water Trail, where the river flow begins to slow down as Lake Lanier's backflow becomes present.
