Paddle Cleanup on the Upper Hooch

We are pleased to host this cleanup paddle trip on the Upper Chattahoochee! This 3-mile flatwater stretch, known as Section 5 of the Upper Chattahoochee River Water Trail, where the river flow begins to slow down as Lake Lanier's backflow becomes present.

Paddle from Riverview Landing

Chattahoochee Riverkeeper is pleased to host this 11-mile paddle trip through a part of the river not accessible to most. Join us as we paddle from Riverview Landing in Mableton to the Highway 166 Bridge off Campbellton Road.

World Cleanup Day: Upper Hooch Paddle Cleanup

We are pleased to host this cleanup paddle trip on the Upper Chattahoochee! This cleanup will occur on a flatwater stretch on the northern end of Lake Lanier at Lula Bridge Park where the river flow begins to slow down as the lake's backflow becomes present.

World Cleanup Day: Atlanta Cleanup

In celebration of World Cleanup Day, we are pleased to host this land-based cleanup to continue our efforts towards a Trash-Free Chattahoochee on Saturday, September 16 from 9am to 12pm.
