West Point Paddle Cleanup

Join Chattahoochee Riverkeeper, the City of West Point, and the West Point Development Authority on Friday, October 18 for a morning paddle cleanup on the Chattahoochee River!

The outing will cover three miles of our river, including a few small shoals, and is sponsored by the City of West Point and the West Point Development Authority. This is an ideal paddle for beginner paddlers and kids (minimum age of 10 years).

Thanks to the support of our sponsors, we’re providing sit-on-top kayaks at no additional cost. You’re also welcome to bring your own boat. With some exceptions, inflatable boats are not allowed. Reach out to Henry at [email protected] to learn more.

We’ll meet at 8:30am and plan to wrap up by 11:30am. Be sure to join us afterwards for lunch in the outdoor courtyard at Johnny’s Pizza!
